Simantel is currently seeking a full-time Web Analyst for our Peoria office. Our perfect fit will provide thought-leadership in measurement and analysis for digital marketing, as well as identifying new ideas and opportunities for analytic projects.

This position requires you to:

  • Analyze data from online marketing campaigns: user response, web site conversions, feature usage, attrition rates
  • Develop and implement web analytics strategy for clients
  • Manage reporting and analytical functions through the use of various data systems
  • Work with search, on-line advertising and email vendors to analyze conversion metrics in tandem with website data, including attribution reporting
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reporting and other ad hoc web–reporting requests
  • Provide recommendations on improvement of marketing efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in marketing analysis and tools/techniques

Desired Skills & Experience

The right candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or statistics (or similar concentration) - preferred
  • Experience with measurement plans, reporting, optimization, SQL, database architecture,and other enterprise-level data tools - preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience providing relevant marketing analysis - required
  • Experience (including internships) in an agency or other related environment considered a plus
