Recruitment Campaign Twice Awarded
April 2008, Nashville, TN – Cat Financial’s Work Big, Live Large recruitment campaign claimed the Parthenon Award at the largest annual event of the Nashville chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
The campaign then took the International Association of Business Communicators’ Silver Pen Award in September. It was one of 32 elite awards presented to Middle Tennessee communications professionals. Impartial IABC chapters in Arkansas, Michigan and Texas judged 60 entries from regional public relations and marketing agencies, corporations and nonprofit organizations.
The Work Big, Live Large campaign was designed to motivate highly qualified graduates to explore career opportunities at Cat Financial. The strategy and creative development team included Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Simantel.
