Trio of Employees Promoted

APRIL 2011—We’re pleased to announce that three Simantel employees will take on new responsibilities to help drive our growing Creative and Digital departments.

Jake Beyhl, Associate Creative Director. In his new position, Jake will work with the Executive Creative Director and Creative Director to ensure the development and execution of “big ideas” that deliver on strategy. Jake will collaborate on concepts and designs for projects and campaigns, and he will enjoy direct responsibility for overseeing creative teams on a number of accounts. He has been with Simantel since 2008 and previously worked as a Senior Art Director.

Andrew Tuma, Digital Director. Andrew is assuming overall direction of our expanding Digital team. He will take the lead in overseeing digital planning and strategy, guiding our teams in the development of digital projects and initiatives, and ensuring that Simantel continues to lead and inspire our clients in the ever-changing marketing landscape. In addition, he will perform day-to-day management duties. In 2007, Andrew started with us as an interactive producer; he then worked as a Digital Strategist.

Jaci Fones, Digital Media Strategist. Formerly an Account Supervisor, Jaci is transitioning to this new and exciting role, which will allow her to develop and manage digital media strategies. She will focus on bringing our clients’ brands into new areas of digital media—including search, email, mobile and social media—to ensure that media plans are integrated into comprehensive marketing communication strategies. Jaci has been with Simantel since 2005.

“We are delighted to be able to grow talent within our firm, and Jake, Andrew and Jaci are well-deserving of these promotions,” said Susie Ketterer, Principal. “They each bring a strategic perspective to their work and consistently deliver outstanding solutions.”
