Simantel is proud to announce that some hardworking team members are stepping into new roles to better serve our agency. Join us in congratulating our recently promoted employees.

Jake Beyhl, Creative Director

Jake has been a creative force at Simantel for over six years. Starting as a senior art director, he has lent his talents to high-profile projects including Cat® Dealer Technician Recruitment featuring Mike Rowe, Peoria’s Don’t Shoot campaign and more. Jake says he looks forward to mentoring other creatives who want to be challenged. He’s ready to work with talented team members to strategize, concept and develop effective, award-winning campaigns.

Our VP/executive creative director Maggie believes in Jake’s skills. “I always thought Jake had creative director written all over him,” said Maggie. “As it turns out, his tattoo reads, ‘creative passion.’ But I was spot on in knowing that he has the talent and ability it takes to be a creative leader here at Simantel.

“He helps us produce results-driven work for our clients that is recognized as the best of the best in our industry. We look to him to push the envelope and he always delivers…that’s why I’m happy to say he is a creative director here at Simantel.”

Annette Jones, Account Supervisor

Annette has been at Simantel for almost five years, having joined the ranks as an account manager. She says her favorite part of the job is working with people she enjoys (both clients and colleagues) and staying current in an ever-changing industry. She is ready to expand the circle of people she gets to work with on a daily basis, and hopes to bring more synergies and value-add opportunities across internal and client teams.

She’s worked on projects including CatAllDay.com, Rethink the Tank, Get In, Get Real and others. Annette will now supervise all of the Cat Global Construction and Infastructure work including heavy construction, new product introduction and governmental for North and South America.

“I can’t say enough about the time and energy Annette has devoted to developing her skills,” shared Tim, our director of client services. “She is a great example of what’s possible when you commit yourself to learning something every day.”

Barry Littlejohn, Account Supervisor

Barry joined the account team as an account coordinator and has been at Simantel over nine years. Barry enjoys the many personalities of his coworkers and likes that people have different working styles. In his new role, Barry will supervise all of the Cat global technology, EMSolutions and mining work. He is looking forward to mentoring and guiding account team members and developing long-term plans for relationships with clients.

Barry has made considerable contributions to projects including CONEXPO-CON/AGG, MINExpo, numerous Cat technology product launches, Camp Big Sky and more.

“It’s been so rewarding to watch Barry embrace challenging situations and grow his leadership skills from those experiences,” said Tim. “We feel lucky to have him on the team.”

Erin Kennedy, Senior Account Manager

Erin started at Simantel seven years ago as an account coordinator. She says that she loves how her work changes day-to-day and that there’s always an opportunity to grow and learn. She stresses that no matter how demanding projects become, Simantelites always have fun. She loves that she is evolving alongside other talented coworkers.

Tim highlighted Erin’s people skills as a key component to her success. “Erin has really developed her consultative skills, which provides a more satisfying experience for everyone. She has really started to come into her own, and we’re excited to see what her future holds.”

Jackie Kellogg, Senior Account Manager

Jackie started as an account coordinator six years ago. She likes that no day is ever the same. She says Simantel is fast-paced and a little crazy but she loves it. She hopes her new role provides the opportunity to help expand Simantel’s client portfolio and dive even deeper into the ins and outs of her clients’ business.

Jackie has bragging rights on projects that include CONEXPO-CON/AGG, Cat Dealer Technician Recruitment, Build the Block and Ameren Focused Energy. For Life. commercials.

“Jackie has this great ability to adapt to any situation and keep her team focused,” explained Tim. “Plus she always tries to consider all perspectives, which leads to good decisions. She’s just a real pleasure to work with.”
