  • Leads a team of videographers and editors that produce video to bring brands to life
  • Started her career as a journalist then did a 180 managing media relations and communications for the Peoria Area Convention and Visitors Bureau
  • Master communicator, detail oriented, multi-tasker that excels at ticking jobs off the to-do list and holding people accountable
  • Extensive volunteer experience with a number of community organizations including Family House, ArtsPartners of Central Illinois, Emerging Philanthropists in Central Illinois (EPIC) Fund, Alzheimer’s Association, Young Professionals Organization of Greater Peoria, Creve Coeur Club and Midwest Food Bank
  • Awards and recognition include 40 Leaders Under Forty (Class of 2013), Peoria Jaycee’s Distinguished Service Award for Outstanding Young Business Professional (2015) and 25 Women in Leadership Award (2017)
  • Graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s in English and minors in journalism and business administration
  • When she’s not at Simantel you can find her at the lake during the summer or stressing out over a Bears game during football season. You will not find her skydiving, although she did jump once in an attempt to alleviate her fear of heights. It didn’t work.

Did you know?

Leslie’s birthday is on Halloween so it’s only fitting that she goes all-out to celebrate with over-the-top costumes complete with make-up and hair by a professional stylist. She loves a good costume party and always brings her ‘A’ game.
