In addition to paid time off and a bountiful holiday schedule (12+ days), the office also closes between December 24 and New Year’s Day, giving you plenty of time to rest and recharge.

Customize your schedule around daily core hours within the work week and enjoy half days on Fridays. If you’re local, work from home on Mondays and Fridays. We realize you don’t have to be 9 to 5 to do great work.

Our 401(k) program is a fully vested account, meaning you own 100% of the balance. We provide a company match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%. Access to a free financial advisor with onsite sessions and one-on-one consultation is available as well. We have a traditional 401(k) program and Roth account types.
