How do I best reach Simantel right now?
All Simantel team members will be available and reachable during our regular business hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST via phone, text, email and conferencing as needed. Voicemail will be checked frequently, and calls will be returned promptly. Also, individual employee cell phone numbers are readily available in their email signatures.
Is your office open?
While we are open for business, we have shifted the agency into a fully-remote work arrangement through the end of 2020.
What if we have a need to collaborate?
If you are currently working with Simantel, your Simantel Account Planner or Project Planner will reach out to you to make arrangements for scheduled meetings or workshops to be conducted via GoToMeeting or Teams if possible. If a remote arrangement is not preferred, your Account Planner will work with you to discuss options or reschedule as soon as it is possible.
Will you be supporting work-related travel?
We feel it is in the best interest of our clients and employees to reschedule any non-essential work travel. This includes photo and video shoots, in-person focus groups, as well as in-person collaborative workshops. Again, we will work with clients on an individual basis to determine the best course of action for these needs.
