Advertising and Marketing International Network (AMIN) agencies gathered in San Francisco to talk about integrating digital media with traditional forms of marketing, at this year’s Integrated Conference. One key topic focused on the evolution of marketing. In the age of social media, where everyone has a voice, the campaigns that get the most attention are the often ones that engage targeted audiences and get them to share a message within their circles of influence. This often requires a much more relational, grassroots approach – using not only paid advertising, but earned and owned media as well.
