Celebrating SouthSide

We don’t just do pro-bono work and call it a day… we love to support our local community organizations through team participation. Over the weekend, Simantelites proudly supported SouthSide Early Childhood Center and its 2012 Gala, held at the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis.

This nonprofit center provides vital services to working families, helping bridge the education gap for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Leading up to the big night, the Simantel team helped develop the theme—“It starts with a seed”—and provided design, illustrations and guidance for gala materials. But we think our most important contribution came during the live auction, with a bid to help fund a child’s scholarship.

Congratulations to SouthSide for a successful evening, and to Ameren Corporation for being named one of the organization’s “Champions for Children.”
