Elevating CX: Welcome Dan Eizans

It’s no secret that we’re passionate about customer experience at Simantel. Every day we strive to go above and beyond for our clients so that they can, in turn, delight their own customers. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that Dan Eizans, founder of The Eizans Group, has joined our team as Director of Customer Experience (CX). But that’s not all – we’ve also acquired all the intellectual property (IP) from The Eizans Group. Talk about a game-changing move!

With Dan’s leadership, Simantel will bring a more consultative approach to our work and provide recommendations that will include not only marketing solutions but also address business challenges that clients might be facing.

Dan brings an impressive track record of transforming businesses through customer-centric approaches. His leadership will be instrumental in driving our CX initiatives and ensuring alignment with the agency’s long-term goals.

Incorporating the innovative approaches from The Eizans Group will allow Simantel to elevate our offerings, providing clients with tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Clients will now benefit from robust workshop frameworks for journey mapping, empathy mapping and ideation, as well as tools and templates for research and modeling, content strategy and UX. Dan will also support a variety of client needs for brand architecture, strategic planning, persona development and research.

Dan himself shared his excitement about the partnership, stating, “Simantel is a bit bigger than boutique, yet clever and innovative enough to contend with the heavyweights. By joining the team, I can bring a business consulting approach to Simantel’s clients so we can solve any kind of problem they might come to us with.”

Dan is a seasoned professional with a remarkable track record in the field of customer experience. With over 20 years of multi-faceted marketing, training and consulting experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven dedication to elevating customer satisfaction and loyalty. But, perhaps more importantly, Dan knows Simantel. And we know him.

The acquisition of IP from The Eizans Group and the appointment of Dan to the Simantel leadership team was official in late 2023. And we couldn’t be more excited about all the great things to come.
