Shifting Gears and Tackling a New Challenge with Jane Olson
Jane Olson is always up for tackling a new challenge when it comes to work. Less than a month after joining Simantel she was presented with the opportunity to transition from her role as an Experience Digital Strategist to become a Marketing Automation Consultant. Determined not to let herself or those who believe in her down, Jane dove in head-first, taking the reins to set up and manage the newly acquired Cisco account.
After taking some time to think it over, Jane realized she had what it takes to do the job. Once she got into it, the list of needs became obvious. First and foremost, she’d need to learn, get certified and become extremely proficient in Eloqua. That’s no easy feat. And there were other hurdles, too… not the least of which was starting a new job during a pandemic while working fully remote.
