Teaming with AMIN Europe
Susie Ketterer, Simantel principal and president of Advertising and Marketing International Network (AMIN) Americas, traveled to Switzerland to attend the Caterpillar EAME 2013 Dealer Marketing Awards, held Nov. 6 in Geneva. Accompanying her were friends from fellow AMIN partner agency B+G, Switzerland.
Both Simantel and B+G, along with Thinking Juice, worked together to design and develop elements for the awards ceremony, including the event’s theme, program and video. (Check out the program and video below.) The event is a unique opportunity for Cat® dealers to learn what their counterparts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East are doing in:
- Direct marketing
- Trade shows and customer events
- Business intelligence
- Advertising campaigns
- Customer experience
A total of 24 dealers from all territories participated, submitting 95 of their best marketing initiatives for a chance to be recognized in front of their peers for one of 18 awards.
Taking home the prestigious overall award was dealer Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar. Finning and Barloworld Equipment received second- and third-place honors. Congratulations to them and all the other winners for their extraordinary work.
