A rewarding award

ComOn April 6th, Simantel was honored when SouthSide Early Childhood Center presented our firm with a “Champion of Children” award during its annual gala. The award recognizes individuals and organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to helping SouthSide achieve its mission, which is to provide high-quality early education and child care for low-income children.

The St. Louis-based charity thanked Simantel for our creative communications and marketing support to help SouthSide promote the gala and achieve record-breaking attendance. The event is the organization’s largest fundraiser and all proceeds go directly toward helping these children. One of the highlights of this year’s gala was the live auction. More than $50,000 was raised to fund scholarships for children who attend the center—an amount that exceeded SouthSide’s goal.

It was truly inspirational seeing an entire ballroom filled with people in support of the same great cause.
