As we step into a new year, we looked back at our work, our people and the world around us and asked one simple question: What made 2025 matter?
For Simantel, one theme rose above the rest: connection.
2025 was a year of coming together with clients, with community, with each other. A year where trust deepened, old relationships returned and our team showed up in ways that reminded us who Simantel is at its core. And yes, we achieved another “best year ever.” But not because we chased growth like it was some sort of agency sport. Because we chased value for our clients and our people. And when you chase value, trust follows.
Clients told us they felt our care. Not the fluffy kind. The in-the-weeds, sleeves-rolled-up, “let’s solve this together” kind. The kind that can’t be replicated by agencies who only show up for the deliverables. Our people felt it too. In the way teammates stepped in without being asked. In leaders making room for real conversations. In trusting each other to do the right thing. Because at Simantel, the thrill of solving problems is in our DNA. It’s the “why” that’s built our brand, our relationships and our reputation.
This mindset of thoughtful connection and authentic problem-solving shapes everything we do: how we show up in meetings, how we build strategies and how we measure success. It’s not about the next campaign. It’s about creating momentum that lasts.
Looking Ahead: What We’re Building in 2026
When we think about 2026, we see a year where possibility becomes practice. Building on our 2025 momentum, we’re taking the things that worked and asking, “How do we make this even sharper?” That looks like:
- Co-creating more intentionally with clients (less “here’s the plan,” more “let’s build the plan”).
- Making ROI a normal conversation, not a scary one.
- Packaging long-standing services into clearer, braver offerings that match what our clients need.
- Investing heavily in our people: new roles, expanded teams and organizational structure.
We’ve spent 40+ years learning what makes long-term partnerships work. In 2026, we’re architecting around that truth: The right people, focused in the right ways, create the right outcomes — for Simantel and our clients.
Where Our Work is Heading
Clients who know us always say the same thing: “You don’t do it for us. You do it with us.”
We love that. Because it’s true.
In 2026, expect more of that spirit — more connection, more momentum and more support for the people doing the work. Here’s what that looks like:
- New tools and tech built into our processes
- Adopting new platforms and modernizing outdated systems with people who know how to guide the transition
- Investing in AI education and hands-on application across the agency
- Fully activating new data processes and workflows across the organization
- Training that elevates both our team and our clients
- Building in-house expertise that shows up in real client work, not just experimentation
- Bringing fresh perspective back from AMIN Worldwide experiences, our marketing network
- Turning industry exposure into sharper thinking, stronger leadership and better client conversations
- Partnerships that scale impact for our clients
- Collaborating with specialists to support large-scale process improvements
- Delivering tangible wins, including meaningful progress with partners
All of this ladders up to one thing: creating better experiences for the people we work with and the people we work for. When we invest in our teams, in modern tools, and in better ways of working, our clients feel it. And when our clients grow, our people do too.
That’s Simantel at its best — helping clients walk away feeling smarter, braver, more capable and genuinely supported as humans.
The Heart of It: Our People (AKA Our Secret Weapon)
Our people are the reason clients stick around. Not because they’re cool (although … they are). But because they’re curious. Humble. Hungry. Wired to ask “why?” long before “how fast?” Last year, we gave our teams more insight, more data, more visibility to what’s happening across the agency, because context makes everyone stronger. And we’re asking for something back: more sharing upward, outward and across. No silos, no secrets.
We also continued investing in the community. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations and in-kind support. Many of those organizations become multipliers: we give to them; they give to others and the impact scales. That’s the kind of “and” we live for.
As for culture? We’ve always been the place where Smoke on the Water, food contests and the world’s most competitive Halloween costume bracket coexist with deep strategic rigor. And that’s not changing.
Lessons, Legacy & the ‘And’ Ahead
Spending time with our founder, Jim Simantel, hit us in the feels (and reminded us why this place still has his fingerprints all over it). He reinforced what we’ve always known.
- Creativity can come from anywhere, even the least expected voice in the room.
- Clients come first. Always.
- Simantel can be your family whether you planned on that or not.
- And bravery isn’t optional if you want to make anything great.
Those are the threads woven into how we operate today. That fierce competitive spirit. That “what’s more and what’s next?” energy.
That’s legacy. And it’s alive and well. Our job is to keep evolving our ‘and’ so the next 40 years feel just as bold as the first 40.

Looking Forward with Optimism (and Maybe a Little Defiance)
We’ve heard the predictions that 2026 might be economically bumpy.
Our response?
When others pull back, we push forward. We’re investing in infrastructure. We’re investing in talent. We’re investing in experiences clients can feel, not just see in a deck.
And we’re asking for feedback. Real, unfiltered, human feedback. Because growth only happens when we hear from the people we serve.
So, here’s what gives us optimism:
- Our people.
- Our clients.
- Our community.
And the possibility sitting in front of us if we’re brave enough to reach for it.
Here’s to 2026! A year where we build what’s next, together.
